The company was granted full license by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to operate as a Bureau de Change on the 19th of December 2006. GOLD HALL is a member of the Association of Bureau De Change Operators of Nigeria (ABCON), a prerequisite for the granting of a CBN license to operate.
